In the relaxing setting of my office, my clients and I collaborate to find solutions to the issues they face. Together, we explore questions like:

  • What kinds of things have happened in your life that shape who you are today?
  • What challenges are you facing right now?
  • What would your life feel like if you were able to handle those challenges differently?
  • What are the goals for your life and relationships that are most important and meaningful to you?
  • What are the internal strengths and skills that you are already drawing upon in your life?
  • What new skills might be helpful to you now?

As my clients begin to test new skills and insights in their daily lives, they do so knowing they have a safe place for reflection and an experienced person to offer support, encouragement, and constructive challenge.
